Shipping
- Free shipping on every order, anywhere in the UAE.
- Order before 3 PM on a business day and it ships the same day, arriving the next business day. After 3 PM it ships the following business day.
- For most addresses that means 1–2 business days. Remote areas are served on set delivery days and can take a little longer.
- Couriers deliver between 9 AM and 6 PM and call before arriving, so please keep your phone switched on. They make up to three delivery attempts.
- Every order is sent with tracking, and you'll receive the tracking link by email. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.
- Because your order ships from inside the UAE, the price at checkout is final — no customs charges, duties or handling fees on delivery.
Privacy in delivery
Your parcel arrives in an opaque, unbranded bag with no description of the contents — neither the courier nor anyone at home knows what's inside. Privacy is a core value for us, not a detail.
Opening your parcel
Couriers don't allow parcels to be opened before delivery is completed, so please accept it and open it at home. If anything is damaged, faulty or wrong, email us with your order number and a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, and you pay nothing.
14-day guarantee
You have 14 days from delivery to try Sakena at home — even if you've worn it. Because this is an intimate garment, please rinse and machine wash them on cold before sending them back.
- Days 1–7: return free. We book the collection and cover it in full.
- Days 8–14: return for a flat AED 20, deducted from your refund.
- Damaged or faulty? Free at any time.
Email us at support@shopsakena.com with your order number and we'll book a collection with our courier. Your refund goes back to your original payment method.
