How do I wash them?

Rinse in cold water after wearing, then machine wash cold inside the wash bag included with your order, using a mild detergent. No fabric softener and no bleach — both reduce the efficiency of the absorbent layer. Hang to dry; no tumble dryer. Full steps on our Care Guide.

Will anyone know what's in the package?

No. Your order arrives in an opaque, unbranded bag with no description of the contents, and the sender name doesn't reveal the type of product — not to the courier and not to anyone at home.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure in centimetres from your waist and hip circumference, not from your trouser size. Sizes available: S to 4XL. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one. And if it doesn't fit, we send you the right size free.

What is your return policy?

Every order comes with 30-day free returns — even if you've worn it. Just rinse and wash them on cold first. Email us at support@shopsakena.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a free return label. Full refund policy

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship free from our warehouse inside the UAE, dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email, and you can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Are they suitable for exercise or long walks?

Yes, designed for normal daily movement including walking, travel and long periods of standing.

When is Sakena not enough?

Sakena is designed for light leakage — the drops that happen with a cough, a sneeze, a laugh or lifting something heavy, medically known as mild stress urinary incontinence. If the volume is more than that, or the symptoms change, or there is pain or burning with it, the right step is to see a gynaecologist. Sakena is not a treatment and is not a substitute for medical advice.
